I have a similar problem and have posted a similar question and so far no reply..... why in this day and age do we still have to make a phone call , press numerous buttons and then wait for someone to answer ?
I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the TV service. I just wanted to pop by and see if the issue has been resolved? I have carried out a remote status check with the box and it is showing as online currently so I hope that means all is working ok now. If you require any further assistance, give me a shout.
