Tivo box won't start

The tivo box won't start up it stays with one red light on either side and occasionally flashes them all.

It worked yesterday and nothing had changed.

Actually the lights go

one green on left, one red on right

two reds on left, one red on right

All lights on

repeat

Any TV box that won't start has a fault. You can either wait on here - might be a few days - for staff to pick up, or you can call into report it.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the fault options,

Hi David,

Sorry I meant to update this thread.  Yes the hard disk was dead. A very good engineer came round and replaced it. (the youngest cried when she realised her recordings were gone).

This is now resolved. Thanks.
