Ten minutes ago our TiVo box went off air. Tried checking the service status for our area, but apparently, quote "Something is broken". Not exactly helpful.

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the TiVo, I've run a quick health check and there are no issues being reported.
Have you rebooted the box? Let me know if you're still having problems.
