A few things can cause this to happen. Check the service status on My Virgin Media to see if there's any problems in your area.
If not then you'll have to call up 150 from your landline or 0345 454 1111 from other phones and use the option for "if there's a fault with your TV service". They should try to send some signals down the line to 'kick-start' it into booting up. If this doesn't work they'll send an engineer out. There may be a signal issue between the street cabinet and your property or the box might have given up the ghost and needs replacing.
Hi there, Having a similar issue to you. went to bed one night. fine. got up next day. turned on box.. stuck starting up. two solid red lights and a blue on the right hand side. have turned off/on. reset. nothing working. Wondered if there was anything you can do to help? TiA
