Tivo box not working properly

Outage last night. Tivo box went berserk. Many failed attempts to reboot, restart. Tivo box finally tried "Deleting everything". Turned it off. All further attempts to get Tivo box working failed.

All attempts to get help from Virginmedia failed.

An engineer needed urgently.

I had this same problem yesterday, I left my TIVO turned on and after a few hours it was able to reboot and resumed normal viewing, hope this helps
