im sorry to hear about tivo not being able to recording suggestions why as this happened the box should still be able to recording suggestions unless other members can help you out with this see what other members sugest on here
There seems to be an issue with TiVo suggestions not recording for a few Virgin customers, including me! My suggestions stopped mid July shortly after I upgraded to a V6 box. I'd recommend reporting it to Virgin technical support.
Still no change to this problem. I called it through to the Virgin tech support a few days back who did checks at their end and reset the box. This was all most helpful but I still cannot record suggestions. Any thoughts?
Well I called Virgin again on Thursday and Technical Support said everything would be OK and suggestions would now start to work. Still nothing. I am starting to feel that I am simply being fobbed off and that it is probably time to look at other media companies
