I have had Virgin TV for 2 months, the box crashes at least daily with no error message, and recorded shows are particularly prone to crashing, or freezing and then jumping ahead 10 minutes or just crashing.

Can you see any faults in your area using this link? It would be nice if this will be reported to our team as well.
Crashing can be caused by hard drive failure and we would like to take a closer look on this to find out if your box needs a replacement. And we can do this via online chat.
