Tivo Error code 7400

I have two other boxes that were installed by Virgin Technician.  The third box has only just been set up by myself.  None of the other boxes are getting this message, only the one that I am currently trying to setup.

Are you paying a subscription for the box your setting up?

Yes, all three were brought in by the technican. At the time I did not have the third tv ready and could not set the box up.  Now I have the tv, but I cannot get the box to work.

Any box which has not been powered on for some time will become de-activated from the cable network and you must take the action suggested in the 7400 message to get the box re-activated.

Guess I better try calling that number again. . . With any luck, maybe this time I will get through to an actual person.

Got through to someone, seems to be working now.  She said that it has been successfully activated on her end. Thank you for the help with this.
