I had 2 new tivos installed (3 in total) today, but my original tivo displayed error 7400, i tried rebooting it, now it wont startup properly.
When you ordered two boxes, did you make it clear that you want to keep and pay for your original TiVo?
7400 suggests that your TiVo has been de-activated as the two new boxes replaced it.
If you are paying for three boxes, you will have to phone in, as per the 7400 message, to get your TiVo re-activated.

I'm sorry to hear that your original TiVo® box isn't working and as Ernie_C as advised error 7400 would appear on your screen when the box has been deactivated.
I have now sent you a private message so I can take a closer look at the status of your equipment.
