Hi there

Thinking of leaving virgin media.... anyone know how to get through to rentions or outbound team? Been sent emails about can we convince you too stay but cant get anyone who will honour deals on email. They say its sent by another team. Thing is i wanted to stay with deal onn email but now its expired! HELP

I’m confused. You say you’re thinking of leaving but suggest you’ve already done so as you’re getting emails with offers asking you to stay.

So .....

.... you already know how to speak to Retentions as they are the same people as Cancellations.

As for Outbound Retentions...

... assuming you have cancelled, they may call you but it’s not guaranteed. You can’t call them or arrange for them to call you.

So.....

.. have you already cancelled?

If so, I hope you are making arrangements with another supplier.
