Hello,
I’ve just had an engineer visit this afternoon to replace my hub and switch my phone over so it now is plugged into the hub. He also replaced my connectors outside, the thing is my TiVo box is now stuck at 16% downloading the channels. I tried rebooting but without success. Thankfully broadband is fine.

16% usually means the co-ax cable which carries live TV channels, isn't connected to your box. That, or the cable is damaged/faulty somewhere.
Is it connected & finger-tight?
