Having problems with my On demand losing connection so reset my Tovo box and now it’s frozen and has been for 7 hrs can some one help!!!

I'm really sorry you're having an issue with On Demand and your TiVo box, this ins't good.
Has this been sorted for you since you posted over the weekend?
If not have you tried rebooting the box since?
Are we aware of any issues here?
