After going through the sequence of clearing and deleating everything a message came on the screen to say this may take an hour. 24 hours and it’s still the same! The hand set doesn’t work the box, and I’ve tried turning the box off for a while then on again but it’s still the same. What can I do ?

Nothing if it is a regular TiVo, you will now need a new box.

If if is a v6 there is a workaround
