I’ve had a new TiVo box and had to contact customer services because my tivo box is stuck on starting up...with a fixed blue light & a flashing red one.
I've been through the automated 'fixes', spoke to a customer services person twice , and the outcome?...wait Till Monday for an engineer to visit. Whole weekend without tv, great
So till then i guess i'm stuck?...has anybody got a fix to try?...all help appreciated.

Engineer came and agreed box was faulty. Provided a new one which is working satisfactorily.
