My Tivo Box has been stuck on "Deleting everything, please sit tight" now for three days. The box has been turned off and left off for a couple of hours and the rebooted but still stuck.
I phoned customer services and they tell me I have three Tivo boxes when in actual fact I have one Tivo box and one V6 box. They them proceed to tell me they have three different serial numbers on record and I need to confirm the serial number of the box. Do Virgin Media not update their records?
Anyhow, I am now left with an unusable Tivo Box because Virgin Media don't update their records and some jobsworth idiot won't or can't work out that I only have one Tivo!!
As usual, utterly crap customer service from Virgin.
