Having already rung 150 and spent 30 minutes on the phone the problem persists.
My upstairs TiVo box has stopped working I get a blue light on the right hand side and two greens on the left. Then the box switches off and back on again with 2 red lights on the left hand side and 4 red on the right. It sticks periodically on the starting up page but never boots.
I was told to leave the box on for 3 hours then switch it off and back on again apparently while an update was performed, this made no difference whatsoever.
I think I need a call out but the operator never suggested it.
