TiVo box not working

Having already rung 150 and spent 30 minutes on the phone the problem persists.

My upstairs TiVo box has stopped working I get a blue light on the right hand side and two greens on the left. Then the box switches off and back on again with 2 red lights on the left hand side and 4 red on the right. It sticks periodically on the starting up page but never boots.

I was told to leave the box on for 3 hours then switch it off and back on again apparently while an update was performed, this made no difference whatsoever.

I think I need a call out but the operator never suggested it.

Hi you have been fobbed off phone again and insist something is done about it, like an engineer attends and fixes the fault. Regards Micky
