TiVo box C130 error

I am getting the C130 error on the TV box.  When I test the connection it says the network cable is unplugged.  I've taken it out and put it back in again and still getting the same error.

If you have a TiVo box, as opposed to a newer V6 box, the internet connection is inbuilt rather than a connection to your home hub - which makes it a "virtual" rather than "physical" connection.

Assuming your live TV channels are working ok and the little "Heartbeat" light is permanently on, then this fault is best solved by calling Virgin on 150/0345 4541111. and following the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
