TiVo Green Reboot Screen

Our TiVo box has just started acting up and constantly keeps rebooting along with a green screen stating that it going to take around three hours to fix itself. 24 hours later and the cycle keeps going around and around. Do we need to call someone in or will it eventually fix itself ?

Green screen means that the hard drive is failing, call it in

I am sorry to hear that your box isn't loading up.  How are things looking today?  I wasn't able to locate your account to check the box remotely but if you are still having any problems with the TV service, let me know and I can help further.

It's still no better i'm afraid, I think it may be terminal and a replacement may be needed,

Thanks for the reply Craig.

Nothing has changed, green screen and endless reboots.... i've left the box on just incase something does kick in and miraculously it restarts.
