Our TiVo box has just started acting up and constantly keeps rebooting along with a green screen stating that it going to take around three hours to fix itself. 24 hours later and the cycle keeps going around and around. Do we need to call someone in or will it eventually fix itself ?
I am sorry to hear that your box isn't loading up. How are things looking today? I wasn't able to locate your account to check the box remotely but if you are still having any problems with the TV service, let me know and I can help further.
