I dont know what to do anymore, i have contacted support and was repeatedly told that everything was fine from their end when from my end the TiVo box was running extremly slowly, launching apps takes a dreadful amount of time, moving through options is extremly sluggish and slow and is just a poor experience, i spent over an hour talking with support which i was just told to restart the box around 9 times which did absolutely nothing. I have removed suggestions, factory reset the box and cleared the cache multiple times. Does anyone have anymore suggestions to help me out? Many thanks.
The TiVo is now fairly old and running software it isn't really capable of, which is why it's slow.
There is nothing you can do other than upgrade to a V6 box. If you are currently out of contract then you may be able to negotiate a free upgrade by going via the thinking of leaving us option when you phone.
