Netflix keeps stalling at 26% is this my broadband?

TiVo doesn’t use your broadband. It has it’s own slow broadband which, coupled with TiVo’s lack of computing power, leads to it not having the ability to reliably run Netflix.

You should certainly discuss with Virgin Media upgrading to V6 which does use your broadband and does run Netflix successfully.
