TV won't boot up

TV won't boot up. Keeps saying Starting Up but doesn't. What lights should be on?

Regardless of which lights are on, if the box isn't booting or is stuck in the boot cycle, there's a fault.

Check that the co-ax connection is finger tight, but if it's still happening - call into faults.

Or you can wait on here for staff to respond, that may take a couple of days.
