Following the loss of all services yesterday, I had a message saying that the TV problem had been fixed. When I try to turn the Tivo box on the tv screen still says No Signal.
I have turned it off at the socket and back on - that is the limit of my techie knowledge

Have you checked that the TV has the correct HDMI input selected for the TiVo box.

And is HDMI-1 the socket in which the HDMI lead from your TiVo box is connected?
Does your TV have any other HDMI connections which you could connect your TiVo to, to prove whether the TV port is causing this problem?
