Can't see any problem with the internet or connections. TiVO box has power but nothing happening.

If this is the "starting up" graphic that's part of the TiVo's boot loop, then you have a fault - in that your TV box isn't working and wont boot up.
You need to report this as a service fault, there's an outside chance it can be resolved remotely but the odds-on likelihood is that you need a tech-visit/box replacement.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone, or wait here a couple of days and staff should respond.
