TV has no picture we have sound and guides but no Programme picture

Tried to contact technical support 3 times each time told a waiting time of first 5 minutes then 10 minutes ad then 20 minutes, when eventually got through the phone was put down on me. called sales team ...guess what they answer, they put me through and the phone was put down again

Because of copyright protection the TV must give the tivo a handshake signal to show it's not a recording device, if it fails to do so you will get menus and guide but no TV picture

You can try switching off the TV and back on again, or try it with the box, or unplugging the hdmi lead and plugging it in again, try a different port on the TV
