My TiVo box is freezing when I’m trying to watch recorded programmes.
Its fine watching in real time or from catch up, it’s only stuff that’s been recorded.
I’ve tried re-setting the box but same thing happens. I’m only on about 35% of it’s recording capacity so it’s not too full.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

I'm really sorry you're having an issue with your TiVo box when watching recorded items, this shouldn't be the case.
I would advise giving the team a call on 150/0345 454 1111 so they can run through some diagnostics and see what's going on.
It might even be that we could upgrade you to a V6 box.
