TV cutting out constantly

TV cutting out constantly now. All connections checked and even bought new cables with no improvement. 

  • Box is well ventilated. Virgin have said they will look at this remotely but won’t be in touch. If continues for 48hours I’ve to contact them again. Loosing faith!

Hi contact them immediately don't left some lazy call handler foob you there is a fault with your system which you want corrected, which may involve a new box.Regards Micky

They don't sell the Tivo bolt in the uk
