TV code and disconnection ??

I'm tearing my hair out!! Signed back up with virgin 2wks ago TV  and broadband working fine until I got home from work tonight to code 7400. Rang tech and saying my account has been disconnect ed ??? And have to contact disconnections tomorrow morning. Only have 5tv channels and still this message on screen. My children have no WiFi for their Xbox and it's a Saturday night. Seriously bad service
