I am also experiencing Pixalation as well as some channels showing an error telling me that there is something wrong with the signal (W02). This is despite installing a new TiVo box which, I was advised, would solve this issue. The issue began last week.
Could this be something to do with the hot weather we have been experiencing and, if so, wouldn't it be helpful if Virgin Media could advise their helpdesk that there is a problem so at least we could be told rather than being sent on a wild goose chase? I have lost a considerable amount of saved programmes in changing boxes, apparently to no avail.
