TV and useless service

Why is it so difficult for Virgin Media to resolve problems with TV?

Why are the programmes not synching with the sound?

Why are most of the channels repeat or just pretty much useless and not viewed?

Why do they give you a morning Tech appointment and change it to an afternoon one without informing the customer?

Why as I experiencing such a dire service for the monies paid?

Why does it take up to a week to get an appointment with a Tech engineer?

If Virgin Media make this much revenue "Rebased Revenue Growth of 4.1% to £1.275 billion in Q2" - why can't you get your act together and provide a bloody decent service?

**bleep** off Irish based customer. Looking at other providers!

It feel like they gave up on TV and are banking for future putting it on internet. There spam mails seem more for children so they may give up on adults and plan long term future . Lip sync was forever biggest failing after ignoring customer and breaking more things not fixing bugs and complains. Big shame they losing customers.
