I recently signed up with virgin and what a nightmare it’s been so far! The engineer came out to install today and then asked me after 1 hour if I could carry on pressing ok till the end! Only for the engineer to leave and said it would take a hour after she left for it to finish processing - 4 hours later and I am still getting the 7400 error! Now I have been left with NO TV and no help as the engineer is now off till Monday! Great service virgin! 1st day and already a massive let down! Why is it my job to finish the installation! I rang the fault team and they said they will call me back at 11.15 PM!!!!!
