TV and Broadband

Hi, 

Virgin sent a text message yesterday Wednesday 5th Jun, stating the services are all back up and running. However I am still experiencing the same issue where my tv services and broadband stop working. 

Please VM short this issue out, it’s been happening everyday now for the last week.

Hi you may need to reboot your hub and V6 as the service was down.Regards Micky
