Very sorry to hear you have been having issues with your TV service. How are things since your post?
If you are still having issues, we would always recommend using our service status link here as sjp123 suggested as this will check for known issues in your area. Also, if there is nothing listed there, you can click on 'sign in to test your service' and this will run a further check on your account and equipment.
