TIVO intermittent fault

I think my TiVo is about to give up the ghost. It is refusing to startup some days without multiple tries, which is turning it off and on again. Then it will freeze up whilst either watching TV or recordings. I have run the self test several times and it sometimes tells me that it can't find a fault and others that it needs ten minutes.

I think I need a new box, for the third time.

I also think Virgin need a new box provider because these just don't last and they don't have to listen to my dearly beloved complaining about the loss of all her programmes.
