Just to let you know.  An engineer came out and my TiVo box was ' knackered ' and was replaced  on Tuesday. There was also an issue in the area re On Demand and Catch up TV, which was finally fixed yesterday after a week, which unfortunately coincided with my TiVo box breaking down and causing confusion in trying to log my problem last week.
