Tivo box was working fine but overnight it is displaying 'starting up' for hours on end. 3 green lights on left and two red and one blue on right side of box. Tried the online test service, restarted box, restarted router, swapped hdmi cables. Still same scenario. Tried calling faults line on my mobile but I ran out of credit waiting so long. I don't have a landline. Can anyone call me back or msg me?
Text messaging service got back to me. Went through the technical team. They did a few signal tests but bottom line is I have an engineer coming tomorrow. Quite like the text route, I was able to prepare my dinner while going through the steps. No hanging on the end of a phone or speaking to anyone.
