3 or 4 times a day the sound goes off on my SD chanels,but still works on the HD channels. If I switch V6 box & TV off & back on it fixes the problem...this only started doing it 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Sorry you're having problems with the sound on your V6 box. If you haven't already, can you please check all the cables are connected to the back of your box. How often are you experiencing this problem? Does it happen on demand and catch up too?
