Is this also occurring when you access your Hayu account on another device?
Can I also confirm if this is happening with any other applications on your Tivo box?
If this is only occurring on the application on your Tivo box can you please try following the below steps to correct any Tivo issues:
Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
