Sound drops out

I've just had an upgrade and on the upgraded new HD channels the sound drops out occasionally, only for 0.5 seconds or so but it becomes very irritating and shouldn't have to put up with it for the money I pay. The tivo box didn't do this before the upgrade even on HD. The box wasn't upgraded just channels. Do I just need to tell virgin?

Hi Yes of course if you are not happy & it's not working properly, phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and go down the Tv faults route.Regards Micky
