Why Sky sports red button not working?

This is a regular issue that keeps on happening. 

Has Sky Sports stopped virgin media to use the red button feature?

Hi @Eldnar1966 

You've posted in the Tivo forum, although I think you may a have a 360 box.

On the Tivo and V6 boxes you should press the red button, and then press the "i" for info button. This brings up a mini menu where you can then select the match  you want to watch.

If you do have a 360 box  then you should press red button and then the context (3 dots) menu button. This brings up a mini menu where you can then select the match  you want to watch.

Hi 

Thaanks for the advice you provided to access the Sky sports red button service on my TiVo box. There was no menu pop up as you advised. Kept getting message saying please wait, then service not available. 
So the issue is still unresolved.

You need to be on the Sky Sports Football channel - it generally isn't available on the other channels for Championship games.

Hi Thanks for your reply. 
I’m using channel 513 on the TiVo box. Watching Sky sports football channel. Still the red button is not working. The game I want to watch is advertised to be on red button tonight.
