Sky sports not workinf

I have paid for sky sports and hasn’t worked on the tv. Phoned up and was told it’s done in an app and not the box. Why would I pay £22+ for an app. I then got transferred to someone else who then transferred me to someone else. Who then hung up on me after I was on hold for 55 mins. I then called back  and told that was wrong I can watch it in the box and will be sorted in 24 hours. 6 days later. Still doesn’t work. Raised complaint to get an absolutely rubbish voicemail and didn’t leave me any reference number or a number to call back on. Wasn’t clear at all 

 

the whole service has been shocking and now I wish I never dealt with virgin as no one knows what to do as have been told different information each time.

Welcome to our Community Forum and sorry to hear that your Sky Sports isn't working on your TV.

 

When you select any of the Sky Sports channels, what do you see? Is there an error message?

 

Can you also check your online account to see if Sky Sports is on your bill?

Yes it is on my bill. And it says I need a subscription
