I have paid for sky sports and hasn’t worked on the tv. Phoned up and was told it’s done in an app and not the box. Why would I pay £22+ for an app. I then got transferred to someone else who then transferred me to someone else. Who then hung up on me after I was on hold for 55 mins. I then called back and told that was wrong I can watch it in the box and will be sorted in 24 hours. 6 days later. Still doesn’t work. Raised complaint to get an absolutely rubbish voicemail and didn’t leave me any reference number or a number to call back on. Wasn’t clear at all
the whole service has been shocking and now I wish I never dealt with virgin as no one knows what to do as have been told different information each time.
