Could mods please contact the internal team to look at why Sky News HD channel 602 is not showing subtitles. The subtitle option hasn't worked since early yesterday morning. Sky News SD channel 603 is showing subtitles.

Yep I agree - replicable. I'll flag this thread for the staff team to pickup sooner than they otherwise would - to avoid this not being picked up until well into the weekend.

We can confirm this has been raised with a back office team and has had a ticket raised to have this resolved

Hi @ianw314, can you please confirm what model of set top box you're unable to get subtitles on, on Sky News in HD?

Are you able to access subtitles in the SD version?

I have the V6 box. The subtitles have now returned.
