Sky Cinema issue

I have the Bigger package, which includes Sky Cinema (channels 401 - 402, 404 and 406 to 411)

However I have tried to watch Channel 401 three times or search BIRDS OF PREY (2020)

I am unable to watch the latest Harley Quinn Movie

Please advise

I have just noticed that Channels 403 and 412 are missing
Why?

The screen then refreshes and takes me back to Virgin Store

Which TV box do you have? Check here if you're not sure

Are you trying to use OnDemand or view the live channels? It sounds like both, but can you clarify?

Assuming you have a TiVo or a V6, can you try following... Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels. Give the box perhaps 15 minutes and retry the live channels?

It looks like you missed my reply of 02:46, TIVO

No change, for some reason the film is included in Sky Cinema, but cannot be selected

Compared another film from Channel 401
PAYDIRT (2020)
No problem I can watch that or On Demand

So... you're now saying that watching (and by extension, recording) the broadcast TV channels, is now ok?

But some of the Sky Cinema VOD assets aren't working?

No change, issue affecting BIRDS OF PREY (2020)

I can select any film in the Sky Cinema channels 

However, this does not work for BIRDS OF PREY

Sorry, but I'm completely lost as to what you're having an issue with.

Are you trying to view the Sky Cinema linear channels, and can't? If so, what's any onscreen error code?

Are you trying to set recordings for the Sky Cinema linear channels, and can't? Again - any onscreen error codes?

Or are you trying to view Sky Cinema OnDemand films, and can't? You know what I'm going to ask....

Perhaps pictures of any errors you get, could help. Along with specific examples - I can see quite a few films matching "Birds of Prey", I've tried playing them and they're fine.

I was unable to correct this
Terminated TV package and went back to Broadband only

Now using TV 360 on Mix It package only

I have lost all recordings, but may add Sky Cinema later this year
