Why do you have to enter your details so many times before it will accept your username and password to get into virgin media, the number of times I have to select pictures in "I AM NOT A ROBOT" I could scream
Last time it took me 10 goes of typing in my username and password before it accepted them.
Why is this ? its been going on for years with Virgin.
