Shockly bad

I just renew our contractIN  pass month for another year and added a 3rd box for our Daughter bedroom the only problem iS..it  the older box and it a Shockly Poor tired piece of Kit compared to the V6..We have a 350mb Broadband speed, but this Junk of a Box wont stream Netflix and when i do a speed test on Netflix, it saying download speed 2.54mb which is a Disgrace when i am paying £97 a month...This is year 2018 and Virgin media are still selling an outdated Boxes that can't cope with everyday Apps...I even tried Ethernet cable and the speed didnt change, it shows this Box is outdated and i should never of been offered it.

Fair play i had a Big Problem and i never thought putting message on Virgin Forum, i would have the problem fix..Top Work and Huge thxs to Josh...My daughter got Netflix back...
