Service fault again!

Service error yet again! This is every single day that there is in an error on my virgin box and I am unable to use on demand. Virgin media you are a joke. 

And still nothing is done about it!!

What have Virgin Media done so far when you requested they investigate and resolve your issue(s)?

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you've been experiencing with your TV service recently.

No they haven’t, this is what I am always told. I was told that there was a fault with steaming from external channels such as itv player and BBCi player. This was months ago, I was told the problem would be fixed by September and it still hasn’t been sorted.
