Apologies is already dealing. My Broadband, landline and TV are down. Unable to reset. Is this an outage in Plymouth Devon?

Hi @MaryAnne2

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

I am very sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with all three services, I appreciate this must be concerning and we are here to help. 

I have ran a check from our side and our live report is not showing any known issues at the moment. As this is a live system, are you able to confirm if you are still experiencing the problems across all services?
