Selecting guide goes to 400 channel page

When selecting the guide page on my Tivo it goes not to 101 etc but to the page starting at 400 (movies) and will only show that page. Turning off power resets it but every time I browse the movie channels it sticks again and will not change the page.

Any fix please?

Hi there,

this is most likely as you have pressed the blue button to select movies. Press the guide button then the blue button and select all channels. From this point forward or should be well.
