We've had Virgin with the Tivo box for a while, but our second box has just started to have the error S101, and won't load channels past 16%. Our other TV and box is working fine. I've tried calling the Virgin number, but just keep getting cut off when they 'check the lines'. The online chat service doesn't seem to be working today either, and from the posts I can't see how others have actually got this resolved. And yes we have tried turning everything off, redoing all the plugs / wires, and turning on again.
