Returning equipment

Hi I returned my equipment and according to the tracking information you received it back yesterday afternoon but I received a text message and email 2 hours later to say I havent returned it. Can you email or text to confirm receipt.Screenshot_20190517-183535.png

It can take an extra couple of days for us to update our systems once we've got our equipment back, in this time you can get notifications from us requesting it to be returned.
